MY GOOD HABITS
A good habit is one that is aimed at achieving an objective that improves the quality of life and generates satisfaction in those who possess it.
- Exercise regularly.
- For me, exercising regularly helps me maintain stable physical and mental health.
- Don't watch too much television.
- I don't watch a lot of TV, this helped keep my eyes from getting damaged.
- Give thanks for the day before bed.
- I always thank God for a new day, especially at night.
- Learn to listen before you speak.
- This habit was taught to me by my parents because that way the ideas that the other person tells us will be understood.
MY BAD HABITS
They are those activities that harm your well-being, bring negative consequences to your physical, mental, emotional or social health.
- Don't leave anything for tomorrow
- Sometimes I don't do things on time and leave them for last, this has brought me low grades.
- Sleep a little
- Too little sleep has affected my mental and physical health.
- Be stressed
- I always stress about problems of school, at home, and sometimes at church.
- Not leave home
- For me, not leaving the house has made me antisocial.
