HABITS A habit is the result of an action that we repeat frequently automatically. If you look closely, in our daily lives we repeat many habits, such as taking off our shoes when we enter the house, turning off the lights before leaving, brushing our teeth, among many others. MY GOOD AND BAD HABITS MY GOOD HABITS A good habit is one that is aimed at achieving an objective that improves the quality of life and generates satisfaction in those who possess it. Exercise regularly. For me, exercising regularly helps me maintain stable physical and mental health. Don't watch too much television. I don't watch a lot of TV, this helped keep my eyes from getting damaged. Give thanks for the day before bed. I always thank God for a new day, especially at night. Learn to listen before you speak. This habit was taught to me by my parents because that way the ideas that the other person tells us will be understood. MY BAD HABITS They are those activities that harm your well-being, bri
